A George III sterling silver entree or vegetable dish liner, London 1818 by Paul Storr (1771-1844, first reg. 12th Jan 1793)
of circular form with inverted baluster side and a moulded rim, the side with a crest of a stag’s head couped charged with a fess wavy azure, a rose between the antler and either side of the neck. Part-marked to rim and with numerals underneath 382.
Diameter – 21 cm / 8.25 inches
Weight – 652 grams / 20.96 ozt
The crest is untraced
