ROMAN MARBLE HEAD OF A WOMAN Circa 3rd - 4th Century A.D. Finely depicted with a long slender nose, a small mouth and heavy-lidded eyes, she wears a diadem, her hair gathered back beneath, 13.5cm high, (30.6cm high inc. base).  Provenance: Private UK collection, acquired in the early 1960s.
