A CHINESE CELADON-GLAZED CIRCULAR BOX AND COVER.

Qing Dynasty, Qianlong mark and possibly of the period.

The bowed cover decorated with a central flowerhead surrounded by ruyi heads, all encircled by four pairs of confronting kui dragons with scroll-formed bodies and bifurcated tails, each pair above a lotus flower, the sides with key scroll and chevron bands, supported on five short feet, raised on a circular wood stand. (3)
