A SOUTH ARABIAN LIMESTONE STELE Circa 3rd - 1st Century B.C. With a characteristic angular face, set on a rectangular stele, with deep-set almond-shaped eyes, surmounted by a defined heavy brow, the slender nose protrudes above the small linear mouth, a closely cropped beard surrounds the jaw line, 18cm high, (24cm high inc. base) Provenance: Ex.
