An early 18th century German silver and enamel box, probably Augsburg circa 1720 by W.S in an oval (probably Rosenberg 728)
Of oval form with a pull off fluted lid inset with an enamel plaque of a man and woman embracing before a quiver of arrows within a bucolic setting. Marked twice underneath with makers mark only.
