SELECTION OF BRITISH TOPOGRAPHICAL PHOTOGRAPHS AND CHURCH ARCHITECTURE STUDIES, c.1880s, subjects include Hastings, Westminster Abbey, Cambridge, the King's college Chapel, Durham, and a class picture 1882, photographers include Francis Frith (1822–1898) and Frederick Stephen Mann (c.1822-1904) and Hills&Saunders (active 1860–1935). Albumen and silver gelatin prints (53), image size approx. 265 x 210mm, 95 x60mm, some examples mounted on card, with photographer and publisher name typed on card verso, some examples mounted on loose album leaves with title and typed or hand written mount lower margin, some examples titled and dated in ink mount lower margin, others with annotations in pencil verso, some examples titled and numbered in negative, others with copyright stamp verso.
