CHARLES AND RAY EAMES, AMERICA: A lounge chair, circa 1960s, the rosewood veneered shell and cast metal braces raised on a 5 point star base, upholstered in buttoned leather, bears label, 'Original Lounge chair, Vitra' and a Vitra customer label (Damages)

The chair is slghtly wobbly and sits very low / unevenly - some fixtures would benefit from tightening to ensure this chair is useable. A person who is familiar with restoring this type of furniture might need consulting for specialist advice.
