TWO CHINESE CELADON JARS.

Yuan / Ming Dynasty.

One jar of globular form atop a gently tapered foot and rising to a flared neck flanked by a pair of loop handles, carved to the exterior with flowers issuing from undulating leafy stems and covered in a celadon glaze, the other jar of tapering ovoid form topped with a short cylindrical neck, decorated with an olive-green glaze that covers the carved foliate decoration, 9.4cm H., 12.8cm H. (2)
