A SELECTION OF FIVE TOILETRY AND SNUFF BOXES Ottoman Turkey and Provinces, 19th century Comprising three repoussé boxes, one rectangular made of parcel-gilt silver, stamped 925, decorated with the façade of a mosque on the top lid and with a blooming scroll and vegetal motif on the back lid, one oval decorated with a coat of arms on the top and blooming scroll and floral motif on the back, and one polylobed with the Lamb of God in the centre and plain back; and two silver filigree boxes, one enamelled and decorated with foliage and rosettes, and the latter with scrolling volutes and a stylised double-headed eagle in the centre, 6cm x 7.5cm the largest.
