A ROCKINGHAM BISQUE PORCELAIN FIGURE OF LORD BYRON England, 1825-1830 A full length portrait of Lord Byron standing near a rock and wearing travel attire composed by breeches, a short jacket, a waistcoat, a loosely fitted shirt and a scarf, standing on a rectangular bisque base bearing black inscription 'Lord Byron at the Age of Nineteen' and a small octagonal inventory label with the number '153' written in red ink, 15cm high. Modelled from a painting made by the Scottish Artist George Sanders between 1807 and 1809, portraying Lord Byron at the age of nineteen during his first trip to Greece.
