Of elongated rectangular shape, resting on four tubular feet, the seat lined in a red-coloured wool pile nomadic Anatolian rug with typical Central Asian abstract designs and geometric shapes, the wooden structure inlaid in mother-of-pearl and ebony tesserae displayed in the form of stellar roundels and geometric fretwork bands, the openwork backrest featuring repeating mashrabiya-style roundels with central medallions and harp-like strings, at the top of the backrest carved rectangular calligraphic panels outlined in ivory, a row of balusters to the lower edges of the structure and floral roundels with ivory and mother-of-pearl on the corners, the armrests supported by openwork mashrabiya grids, 101cm x 63cm x 179cm.
