A VERY FINE 19TH CENTURY VIENNESE ENAMEL, SILVER, LAPIS LAZULI AND GEM SET TABLE CLOCK MODELLED AS A SEDAN CHAIR the bezel set with rubies and surmounted by a faceted lapis lazuli vase of flowers, set with further rubies and seed pearls, and flanked by two baby satyrs, the silver case inlaid with green, purple and orange foliate and floral enamelling and a parrot to the back, the sedan chair supports set with emeralds and hung with a moonstone cabochon, carried by a pair of figures, their caps with feathers set with seed pearls, their jackets set with facet cut sapphires and rubies, raised on a plinth base set with lapis lazuli, the silvered dial with white enamelled numerals, the timepiece movement with engraved cover decorated with a town scene, with cylinder escapement and set with a compass,  18cm high
