AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE FIGURE OF SEATED HARPOCRATES Late Period, Circa 664 - 332 B.C. Depicted with the plump body of a young boy, the god is depicted seated, with his hands resting on the edge of his lap, he wears a close-fitting skull cap with a frontal uraeus and a sidelock of youth, with incised detail, 10.5cm high, (13cm high, inc. base)  Provenance: Ex Christie's, May 1977, lot 168; Private collection of a lady, Rome.
