Printed Declaration by Importers of Effect stating that Bette Davis is planning to stay in the United Kingdom for 6 weeks from October 1st, 1975 and is importing 1 carton of 16mm film of 55 minutes, two pages, stapled together with a typed statement from Davis, signed at close ('Bette Davis') and saying "This film is a series of excerpts from my various films and are my personal property, and will be taken out by me after my personal appearance tour of the United Kingdom, in approximately 6 weeks", one page, 1 October 1975.
