AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE MIRROR New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty, Circa 1550 - 1292 B.C. Composed of a bronze disc inserted into a wood handle in the form of a papyrus column, with foliage incised into the capital, 29.3cm high. Provenance: Mele gallery 1977; Mrs Susan McAllister; Sands of Time; Private collection of a lady, Rome, acquired prior to 2004.
