AN ANTIQUE TALISH RUG, SOUTH CAUCASUS, approx: 246cm. x 98cm. Very nice example for this type with very good colours and very well drawn design. This rug has slightly corroded black and wear to the pile in small places mainly on edges. Few small holes on sides and fraying on ends. Selvages original also fraying on wool cord in small places. All this reflects in an estimate. In general this rug is in fair usable condition. Despite the imperfections this rug still retains classic look.
