Each depicting a domesitc scene with a scholar and lady in locked gaze, beside a table on which stands a young boy furtively stealing from a jar, whilst another youth looks on aghast from behind the lady, within a wide gilt-decorated border set with sepia and pink landscape panels, with a band of underglaze blue to the rim, 13.7cm diameter.
