In an ivory broad border of polychrome bold palmettes and open rosette panels between rust multicoloured crossed and diagonal line panels between arrowhead and plain stripes, approx: 5ft.3in. x 4ft.4in.(160cm. x 132cm.) Very nice design more associated with Talish weaving (Caucasus). Good colour combination and bold appearance. This rug has very good pile, soft wool quality. Ends and selvages original. Few very light small dot like staining at one end, which could be improved with cleaning, subject to professional quote. In general this rug is in very good usable condition. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
