The Elton John AIDS Foundation (UK) is an international non-profit organisation funding programs that help to alleviate the physical, emotional and financial hardships of those living with, affected by, or at risk of HIV/AIDS. Sir Elton John established the UK Foundation in 1993 following the twin organisation in the US founded in 1992, with the aim of funding programs across both sites.

The UK Foundation was conceived to primarily look after the needs of people with HIV/AIDS living in the United Kingdom. During the past fourteen years, the organisation has extended the scope of its work and is now funding 17 countries across different continents. To date, the UK Foundation has raised £40 million supporting more than 1,100 projects and reaching millions of people affected or at risk of this disease.
