Opaque pigments on mica, comprising five leaves in vertical format, each panel depicting exotic birds autochtonous to India including a Besra Sparrowhawk, an Indian Golden Oriole, a Hoopoe, a Reddish Scops Owl, and a Five-coloured Parrot, each leaf mounted on a thin sheet of paper with an English inscription in pencil identifying the bird, each panel ca. 15.2cm x 10.5cm.
