This rug has full pile of soft and lustrous kurk wool and part silk used on field and borders design. Extremely fine weave, approx: 10 x 10 knots per sq. cm; woven on silk warps. Selvages original. Ends with original kilim and fringes. In general this rug is in very good condition throughout. Elegant and very good furnishing piece. Signature cartouche at one end.
