Opaque pigments on mica, comprising ten leaves in horizontal format, and two leaves in vertical format, each panel acting as a fresco of 19th-century Indian society by depicting the local traditional means of transportation including a palanquin on an elephant's back, litters carried by footmen, and horse and ox-pulled carriages, each mica leaf slightly different in size, the largest 14.8cm x 20.8cm.
