A COPPER-INLAID BRASS DISH Iran, 12th - 13th century Of circular shape, with flat plain base and everted flat rim, the body decorated with incised calligraphic band in Eastern Kufic script against a scrolling vegetal spray, the rim with calligraphic cartouches of floriated Kufic alternated with copper-inlaid roundels, 18cm diam.
