A SMALL COLLECTION OF CIVIL WAR REPRODUCTIONS [PRINTS & NEGATIVES] FROM THE LIBRARY OF CONGRESS & SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION, 1860s. Comprising (7) silver gelatin prints and (2) large-format copy negatives, prints measuring approx. 205 x 268mm, negatives measuring approx. 205 x 255mm, the prints with hand-written caption annotations and 'Reproduced from the collection of the Library of Congress' stamped verso, photographers include Timothy O'Sullivan (5), Alexander Gardener (1), and James Gibson (1). Together with one print and negative reproduction set, orginally c.1891-93, from the Smithsonian depicting Quanah Parker, of the Comanche tribe, Oklahoma, print with Smithsonian Institution reproduction limitation stamp verso.
