A late 19th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver rose water sprinkler (gulab pash), South India circa 1880
Raj period. The lobed globular body upon a spreading pedestal foot. The detachable tall baluster stem terminating in a chased foliate terminal. The junction below screw thread formed as stylised acanthus leaves, the foot repeated the same but pierced.
