AN EGYPTIAN BRONZE FIGURE OF HARPOCRATES Late Period, circa 664-30 B.C. Wearing the combined crown of Upper and Lower Egypt with frontal uraeus and the plaited Sidelock of Youth, with an incised necklace counterpoise over his shoulders, the right finger raised to his lips, standing with the left leg advanced, 22cm high Provenance: Irish deceased estate of an archaeologist, formed prior to 1965.
