Arabic manuscript on paper, 141ff. plus 2 flyleaves, each folio divided into two rectangular sections containing 6ll. of free-flowing black ink naskh interspersed amidst 3ll. of bold black ink thuluth script in larger font size, a total of 15ll. per folio, the text missing the first Sura al-Fatihah and the first 48 ayas of the second Sura al-Baqarah, and from Sura al-Hajj (22) to the end, chapter headings in red, some textual marks and marginal marks in red, verse markers with red dots, certain folios without rules and in a different hand, mostly within black and red rules, in a new pseudo-leather paper-covered binding, the text panel 30.5cm x 16.2cm, the folio 37.3cm x 22cm.
