Carved on the cover with an oval panel containing mandarin ducks on a lotus pond and melon branches in the corners, the sides with fruiting peach and pomegranate trees within scrolling borders, the back with wild orchids, two compartments set to the interior, locked with a ruyi shaped metal lock and a key, 45 x 45 x 71cm.
