A cased early Victorian sterling silver card case, Birmingham 1838 by Nathaniel Mills
Of rectangular form with a hinged lid and a moulded edge. A shield shape cartouche engraved with a crest of a stag’s head erased, otherwise with engine turned decoration in a lattice pattern. Marked to the base and to the inside of the lid. Housed in a leather case with a velvet interior.
