Autograph letter signed ("Victoria Mary"), written before her husband's accession to the throne, on personalised stationery, reading "I am glad to say the Grandduchess has named the people on the lid of the snuff box, but not those inside the box which is a pity. I return you her notes on the subject which are interesting and shoud, I think, be kept. I am so pleased to have gained this information for you", two pages, folding marks, light remnants of previous mount to the verso, 8vo (20.5 x 15.3cm), Marlborough House, 30 June 1907.
