A George V sterling silver four-piece tea and coffee service, London 1926/28 by Garrards

Comprising a teapot, a coffee pot (1928), a milk jug and a twin handled sugar bowl. Each of rounded form upon a domed circular fluted foot, the upper section with a beaded rim. The pot with wooden handle pinned to scroll sockets, leading to flat hinged lids surmounted by detachable fluted hemispherical finials. Each fully and part-marked. Each stamped underneath GARRARD AND CO LTD, CALCUTTA & LONDON. (4)
