A late 19th century Chinese export silver table snuff box, Canton circa 1890 retailed by Wang Hing
Qing dynasty. Of compressed square bombe form raised upon four bracket feet. The hinged lid raised by a simple thumbpiece. The lid and sides with chased decoration of a Chinese dragon amidst clouds against a textured ground. Gilt interior. Marked underneath with retailer’s mark WH, and numeral 90.
