Of rectangular shape, jacquard-woven in coloured wools on a red ground with symmetrical designs of long intertwining butis flanking a cascading pole of circular floral motifs, the long central black medallion with curved interlocking floral bands, borders of alternating red and white niches imitating the harlequin borders of Kashmiri shawls, 348cm x 164cm.
