Royal Ambassadorial – A George III sterling silver entrée dish cover, London 1801 by Paul Storr (1771-1844, first reg. 12th Jan 1793)

Elongated octagonal domed form, gadrooned top surmounted by a detachable reeded loop handle. Engraved to the side with the Royal Arms of the United Kingdom 1801-1816. Part-marks underneath and to underside of final, the finial with four registration dots.

Length – 27 cm / 10.3 inches

Weight – 954 grams / 30.67 ozt
