Note: This model is based on a Roman sculpture that is found in the National Archeological Museum in Naples and dates from the 1st century BC. The origins of the sculpture lie in the Hellenistic period when a bronze model, now lost, of the Venus was founded in the period 300BC and it was refered to as Aphrodite Kallipygos.
