A Victorian sterling silver tea caddy, London 1899 by William Comyns

Of cuboid form with a fluted pull off domed cover with wrythen finial. The body with embossed decoration of foliate scrolls, birds, grotesque masks and swags, with vacant cartouches. Fully marked to side, part-marked to lid and underside.
