A SOUHT CAUCASIAN  KELLEH approx: 12ft.10in. x 4ft.4in.(392cm. x 132cm.) The light rust-red field with hooked boteh motifs around three large stepped blue medallions with similar design. All surrounded by blue border of polychrome rosettes and serrated leafy vine between floral stripes. this piece has slight wear to the top pile, down to knot collar in places. Few small old repairs, slightly faded . Selvages rebound and frying in places . In general this rug is in good usable condition, dated AH 1340 (1921 AD)
