A Queen Anne Britannia standard silver single handled porringer, London 1706 by John East (reg. 23rd April 1697)

Of compressed circular form with caulked rim. The side handle of pierced interlocking scrolls. Engraved to the handle with initials Y over W *A in Roman script. Fully marked to the edge and the handle with Britannia mark only.

Length – 16 cm / 6.25 inches

Weight – 107 grams / 3.44 ozt
