A pair of George III sterling silver salts, Sheffield 1781 by Daniel Holy & Co
Each of oval form with a beaded rim raised upon four ball and claw feet. The bodies with pierced slats and embossed decoration of a rosette to one side and a vacant cartouche to the other with draped classical masks within wreathes to each side all adjoined by laurel swags. Each fitted with removable blue glass liners. Each fully marked underneath. (2)
