(Light age yellowing and browning, some spotting, lower blank margin of leaves lightly water stained, worm holed in throughout, marginal repair on title page). 17th-century brown calf, title lettered in gilt on spine ruled in compartments, pastedowns from discarded ms. (Covers heavily rubbed). Jean Gerson was a French scholar, reformer and Chancellor of the University of Paris. His collected works were printed ten times in Cologne, Strasbourg, Nuremberg, Basel and Paris. This edition is by Peter Schott and Johann Geiler von Kaysersberg. Not in ISTC.
