A late 19th / early 20th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver bowl, Madras circa 1900
Raj period. Of circular form with a scalloped rim all upon a short cylindrical base. The bowl section with embossed decoration in swami pattern of various deities within shaped cartouches, the scalloped rims with chased rosettes. The foot stem with an embossed temple, praying figures as well a pyre.
