Engraved with a presentation to the front “Royal Agricultural Society of England, The ‘Kelmscourt Challenge Cup offered through the Oxford Down Sheep Breeders Association, for the best Oxford Down Sheep Exhibit, Presented by The Earl St. Aldwyn as a perpetual challenge.”. Engraved to the reverse with winners 1936 – 2001. Fitted to a later pedestal solce with additional winners.
