A George VI sterling silver Art Deco trophy vase, Birmingham 1938 by Adie Brothers

Or tapering cylindrical form with rounded base, raised upon a stepped circular foot. Fitted with twin angular and upturned scroll handles. Incised lines. Engraved to the front “New Forest Buckhounds perpetual challenge cup”. The reverse engraved with winners and dates 1983-97. Fitted to a Bakelite stand with a silver plated mount. Fully marked to side.
