Arabic manuscript on paper, 114ff., plus two flyleaves, 25ll. of nasta’liq script to the folio, the opening folio with an elegant sar lawh with gold, silver, and polychrome illumination, quoting individuals’ names in red, marginal notes in red and black, certain phrases underlined in red, in black and gold rules, the colophon inscribed Seyyed Ali Fahim, known as Mufti Zada, and dated 1227 AH, in gold-tooled brown morocco flapped binding, the text panel 17.7cm x 8cm, the folio 23.3cm x 14.8cm.
