AN EXTREMELY FINE SIGNED SILK QUM CARPET, CENTRAL PERSIA approx: 10ft.11in.  x 7ft.11in.(302cm. x 238cm.) Excellent quality weave with full pile. Very good quality silk and extremely fine weave, approx: 10 x 10 knots per sq. cm; woven on silk foundation, (7.2 million knots). Good colour combination although unusual. Design is very well drawn.
