A VICTORIAN TRAVELLING VANITY CASE, of rectangular form, with a green leather exterior, embossed with the initials A.A.C. and original black canvas cover, fitted to the interior with a set of five sterling silver toilet jars, London 1898 by Wolfsky & Co Ltd, the silver lids engraved with the Checkland family motto and crest, a set of four sterling silver dressing table brushes, a hand held mirror, button hook and shoe horn, London 1898 by Samuel Jacob, all also engraved with the Checkland motto and crest, a sterling silver travel clock, Birmingham 1899 by Douglas Clock Co., with key, and similarly engraved, a chrome plated goffering iron set, a manicure set, a travel mirror, a card holder, a sewing kit, a travelling ink well and a vesta case, all in green leather
