Tempera on canvas, depicting Amitayus with a red body, meditating upon a large lotus, wearing flowing robes and bejeweled with lavish ornaments, his hands folded on his lap supporting a vase containing the elixir of immortality, surrounded with smaller emanations of himself above and three other deities below, unmounted and backed on canvas, 43.5 x 28cm.
Provenance: Property from a Private English Collection, predominantly assembled in the 1970s and 1980s.
