the stained wood hanging display case with glazed front and sides, revealing the automata scene depicting a covered niche with a sofa and a parrot hanging within, with a swing on which a porcelain figure of a boy in 18th century dress swings, with a carved and painted wood balustrade around him and flanked by moss and foliage, the back of the display case with the movement activated by a pull cord, the movement powering the swing,
