Very rare edition with additional manuscripts maps, deriving from that printed in Venice in 1490 of a pilot book attributed to the Venetian traveller Alvise da Mosto (Cadamosto, ca 'Da Mosto, 1432-1488) who was at the service of the infant Henry the Navigator and to whom one owes the Cape Verde Islands in 1455-1456. A work of considerable interest for geographical indications and navigation concerning the Adriatic, the Ionian, the Aegean, and Sicily.
