A George V sterling silver coffee or hot water pot, Sheffield 1922 by Mappin and Webb

Of ogee rectangular form with half-fluted decoration, a gadrooned rim with a short spout opposite an ebonised D section handle pinned to silver sockets, leading to a hinged fluted domed lid surmounted by a detachable ebonised fluted knop finial. Fully and part-marked.
